Despite what had to sound like the strangest of circumstances, Shamiah went above and beyond, helping me quickly purchase multiple new homes for family in Minnesota despite most of us living in other states. She walked us through every step of the process; took the time to answer even the most simple query; was in almost constant contact; and offered sound advice on negotiating the closing costs. She also put our comfort and safety above profit, advising against a certain property after the wonderful and thorough inspector she recommended revealed it to be a serious conglomeration of health hazards. When we ran late on closing day, she even drove to the property to meet us, to deliver the keys! We'll definitely be calling her for any other future acquisitions!
